Choral Scholarships for the academic year 2025-26 for tenors and basses are currently available at Norwich Cathedral.

We are seeking talented, enthusiastic and ambitious singers who would benefit from one to two years’ experience singing to a high standard with our Cathedral Choir.

Choral Scholars joining the Cathedral Choir will be doing so at a very exciting time, with the return of the cathedral’s 102-stop organ after a £1.8 million rebuild.

The Cathedral Choir is right at the heart of the cathedral’s daily life and worship and, in addition, there are many other musical opportunities including recordings and concert performances both in the Cathedral and away from Norwich.

The closing date for applications is 9.00am on Friday 4th April and auditions will be held on Tuesday 15th April.

For more information about the Choral Scholarship please contact the Cathedral's Master of Music Ashley Grote via masterofmusic@cathedral.org.uk or 01603 218319.
