Carpenter

We are currently recruiting for a carpenter to join the Cathedral Works Team based in the Cathedral Close.

The Works Team maintains the 120 properties in The Close which are owned by the Cathedral's Chapter.

The Carpenter post is a full-time fixed term post for six months and the successful candidate will provide in-house carpentry skills to the Cathedral in order to keep the historic Close properties in good repair, quickly and efficiently.

The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Wednesday 27 May 2026.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 4 June 2026.
