Visiting with dogs

Norwich Cathedral is dog-friendly and you are very welcome to bring your well-behaved four-legged friend with you on a visit to the Cathedral.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome

We ask that you keep your dog on a lead while exploring the inside of the Cathedral and the Cloister.

The Cathedral Close and Riverside Walk are also wonderful places to walk your dog.

Please note that assistance dogs only are allowed in The Refectory Bakery and Café run by Bread Source.

The Cathedral is home to Budge, the resident Cathedral cat, who can often be spotted in different parts of the Cathedral.
