In the second of our musical meditations for Holy Week, the Senior Girl Choristers, with string accompaniment, perform Pergolesi’s beautiful setting of the Stabat Mater, the medieval hymn reflecting on the suffering of the Virgin Mary as she stands at the foot of the Cross.
The performance will last about 40 minutes.
Admission is free and no tickets are required.
There will be a retiring collection.
